You can access your smart monitoring camera anytime through our mobile app. Simply connect your camera to Wi-Fi, log into the app, and view live footage from anywhere.

Does the camera offer motion detection and alerts?

Yes! Our camera features advanced motion detection that sends instant alerts to your phone whenever movement is detected, keeping your home secure at all times.

Is my video footage stored securely?

Absolutely. Your recordings are encrypted and can be stored securely on the cloud or a local SD card, ensuring your data remains private and accessible only to you.

The new added device needs 1min to connect to Wi-Fi and the Internet.If LED quickly blinks one time every second, device failed to connect to your Wi-Fi:
  1. Maybe you have entered the wrong Wi-Fi password.

Are neutral wires required?
Yes, neutral wires are required (present in most houses after 1978 in North America). To check, turn off power at the circuit breaker and remove the existing switch. A pair of white wires should be present. If unsure, call an electrician.

Smart locks use Wi-Fi or Bluetooth to let you lock and unlock your door through the Barence app or voice commands through Google Home or Alexa. Fingerprint recognition, keypad or small access cards offer keyless convenience and security.
Can I grant access to others?

Yes! You can create temporary or permanent digital keys
for family, guests, or service providers and manage access remotely.

What happens if the power or internet goes out?
Smart locks are battery powered and can still be locked/unlocked with Fingerprint recognition, keypad or small access cards. Only remote usage will be temporarily disabled.
